Excursions and tours are subject to a minimum number of participants. The excursion or tour will only proceed if the minimum number is met. If the minimum number is not reached, ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT office / Grace Travel will suggest an alternative excursion or tour, or provide a full refund.
Bookings will close two weeks prior to the excursion or tour date. A cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is made after the two-week period prior to the excursion or tour date.
To secure your tour reservation, please ensure that you provide your credit card details. Payment will not be processed until the tour is confirmed. Only VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
All payments for excursions and tours must be made in Korean Won (KRW).
