Guidelines

ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT will be held as an in-person symposium. However, for those unable to attend in person, we are pleased to offer a Video on Demand (VOD) only service. The VOD content will be accessible for a duration of 6 months, starting one week after the symposium ends.
Please note that only the presentations permitted for VOD will be released, and it is not a live stream.
Offline participants can access the VOD content free of charge. If you miss a lecture on-site, you can catch it through this service!

Visa Requirement

If you require a visa to enter Korea, please check with your local Korean embassy or consulate to obtain the necessary documents. Please allow yourself ample time to obtain the required paperwork before your departure.
Upon request, the ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT secretariat will send a letter of invitation to registrants whose payments have been verified. However, please note that this invitation does not provide any financial support nor guarantee the acceptance of an abstract. 

Notarized Invitation Letter

If you need to receive a Notarized Invitation Letter for visa or any other purposes, please request it by email along with a copy of your passport to the secretariat (reg@apfid.org). If you fail to send a copy of your passport, the secretariat will prepare the notarized invitation letter based on the information provided during registration and will not be held responsible for any errors caused by this information.
Upon receiving your request, the notarized letter will be sent to you by airmail within one month after confirming your full payment. Please note that there is an additional fee of USD 60 for notary services and international mailing. You will be required to make this payment via wire transfer.  

Payment Method

    Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. All payments must be made in US dollars via bank transfer or credit card. Payment can be made using the following methods:

    • • Bank Transfer: Please use the provided bank account details to initiate the transfer. Kindly ensure that any associated bank charges are covered by you.
    • • Credit Card: We accept major credit cards for payment. Please provide your credit card information on the registration form

  • • Registrants are responsible for paying all bank remittance charges.

Credit Card

  • • Payment by credit card is only available through online registration.
  • • Registrants are responsible for paying all service charges associated with credit card transactions.
  • • Please note that AMEX credit cards cannot be accepted on our online payment system.

Cancellation & Refund

  • If you are unable to attend the symposium after registering, you must notify the ISAAR 2024 & Annual Conference of KSAT Secretariat in writing about your request for a refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of this written notice, minus a 10% cancellation fee to your refund to cover our administrative costs and bank service charge. Refunds will be processed after the symposium.
